Kuskokwim Wilderness Adventures, based in Bethel Alaska, is a family owned and run business. We specialize in Kisaralik River trips, boat charters and bird watching tours.
Spring Nature Trips
Kuskokwim Wilderness Adventures in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, conducts springtime nature viewing trips on the Kuskokwim River. One day tours leave Bethel at 6:00 am from the Bethel Small Boat Harbor and return around 3-4 pm. Up to 12 people may go in two covered boats. We travel up the river 40 miles stopping at different nature and bird habitats. A U.S.F&W biologist often travels along to describe and identify up to 60 species of birds, plants and animals. Check out our Nature Watching Tour page for more information
Kuskokwim Wilderness Adventures operates three safe and reliable Wooldridge powerboats with Coast Guard licensed crews on the Kuskokwim River and its tributaries. They are available for daily charter, tours and village trips. We also provide river pick-up services for raft trips on the Kwethluk and Kisaralik Rivers.
